Dogecoin’s Ben Doernberg Wows Fox News

Dogecoin Foundation member Ben Doernberg wowed Fox News in a special television appearance that was nothing short of stellar.

For digital currency newcomers, understanding Bitcoin, Dogecoin, and other cryptocurrencies can be a difficult proposition. But during his Fox News debut, Doernberg was able to clearly explain these currencies, the role of the Dogecoin Foundation, and predict the future of digital currencies, all in an interview spanning just 8 minutes:

These digital currencies are the wave of the future. The same way that email took a little time to replace paper mail, I think it’s going to be the same with digital currencies

As Ben explained in the video, alternative currencies are a way for people late to Bitcoin to become early adopters in their own right. In many ways, this digital currency revolution is like the gold rush of the 1850′s, with one bitcointalk.org member declaring in a post yesterday that he had “struck gold” after discovering another promising cryptocurrency called Goldcoin (GLD).

Dogecoin has been on a tear recently with a current market capitalization of $44,069,829, more than doubling its value over the last two months, according to coinmarketcap.com
