Refund Policy
How CoinAbout reviews subscription access issues, duplicate payments, mistaken crypto transfers, and billing support requests.
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Do not send private keys or seed phrases for any refund request. A transaction hash is enough for support to begin investigation.
Subscription access
Paid subscription access begins when payment is verified and the account is credited. If access is not delivered because of a CoinAbout system error, contact support so we can restore access or review a refund.
Plan renewals, cancellations, and access periods are governed by the subscription terms shown at checkout and in your account.
Crypto payment limitations
Blockchain payments are often irreversible. Network fees, gas fees, failed transaction fees, and payments sent to the wrong chain, token, or address may not be recoverable.
If you believe you made a duplicate or incorrect payment, provide the wallet address, transaction hash, chain, amount, timestamp, and account email so support can investigate.
Refund review
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may deny requests involving abuse, chargeback fraud, duplicate KYC attempts, violation of terms, completed access periods, or unrecoverable blockchain errors.
Approved refunds may be returned through the original payment path where possible or through another compliant method. Processing times depend on payment rails and chain conditions.
How to request help
Email hello@coinabout.com with your account email and payment evidence. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, or wallet backup files.
Support may need to verify account ownership and transaction control before discussing billing or subscription details.
